Planning for College
Now is the time for juniors to begin seriously thinking about their college plans. It's also a good time to register to take the SAT or ACT. You can register for both tests online. Don't forget to use your college planning website, Family Connection (Naviance) . Finally, think about how you can best use your summer experiences to create an application essay that will set you apart from other applicants. See your counselor for any questions you may have.

The counseling center regularly updates the scholarship list and Summer Program Opportunities. They are available in your homeroom, in the counseling center and in the "More Information" section of this page. Check them regularly as there may be a scholarship waiting for you to apply.
